Hi, I’m Cass, licensed esthetician and founder of Skin Affair with C. Monae in Philadelphia. My journey into skincare started with healing my own skin, and that personal experience drives everything I do. I specialize in customized facials and expert waxing designed to help you feel confident, comfortable, and glowing in your skin. Every service is tailored to your unique needs, whether you’re targeting acne, maintaining healthy skin, or looking for smooth, long-lasting results. My goal is simple: real results in a relaxing, judgment-free space. I’m big on education, so you’ll always leave your appointment knowing exactly how to care for your skin between visits. CANCELLATION POLICY
Late Policy Arriving Late: We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment may be shortened to ensure that subsequent appointments are not affected. Grace Period: We offer a 10 minutes grace period for late arrivals. After this time, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled depending on availability. Cancellation: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or you may be charged a 25% late fee . No-Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us at least 24 hours in advance, you may be charged a no-show fee of $50. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We ask that you provide at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
